DIVORCE
We are able to assist you with the negotiation and financial settlement of matrimonial matters, with an emphasis on achieving a cost-effective and amicable solution wherever possible, ideally by consent of both parties.
Reaching agreement by consent not only helps to reduce legal costs and emotional stress but also allows for greater control and flexibility in shaping the outcome.
We aim to resolve matters constructively and with sensitivity, while ensuring that your financial interests are fully protected. Where appropriate, we can also assist in formalising agreements into legally binding consent orders and provide advice on related issues such as property, pensions, spousal maintenance, and arrangements for children.
PROPERTY MATTERS
We are able to assist you with most aspects of property matters including property transfer procedures and initiating property searches.
We are also able to undertake property enquiry at the Land Registry including research and additional enquiry in respect of title and transfer.
We can assist you with other aspects of Land Registry Procedure where appropriate to your needs and requirements

last will and testament
We are able to assist you in the preparation of wills, including mutual wills for husband and wife. Whether your affairs are straightforward or more complex, we ensure your wishes are clearly documented and legally sound.
Initial draft wills are sent to you for your review and approval, giving you the opportunity to make any changes or ask questions. For your convenience, home visits can be arranged so that we can meet with you in person to discuss your needs, provide tailored advice, and oversee the signing process in the comfort of your own home.
We also offer guidance on appointing executors, guardians for children, and can arrange for wills to be properly witnessed and stored securely.
POWER OF ATTORNEY
We can assist in the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney (Health and Welfare, and Property and Financial Affairs), ensuring your wishes are legally protected and that trusted individuals are appointed to make decisions on your behalf should you become unable to do so. We offer HOME VISITS to take full instructions in person, providing a convenient and personal service where we guide you through each step of the process.
During the visit, we will explain the powers involved, help you decide who to appoint, and answer any questions you may have. We can also act as certificate providers if needed, and manage the formal registration of your LPAs with the Office of the Public Guardian to ensure everything is completed correctly and efficiently. Creating LPAs in advance offers peace of mind for you and your loved ones, knowing that your affairs will be managed according to your wishes.
